Description of the Personal Task Schedule
So, PTS has everything you need to organize your tasks. Although we think PTS is very user-friendly and self-explanatory, we will give you a thorough description of the tool.
Features of PTS
The PTS contains three main sections:
- Navigation bar
- Tool controls
- Tasks
Navigation bar and tool controls
Firstly, the navigation bar and tool controls are on top of everything.

Secondly, the control tools help you customize PTS for your own purposes. In fact, this is where you specify a language and color scheme. Also, you can clear all your tasks in one click.
Language selector
Select from up to ten languages in the Personal Task Schedule. Including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Twi, and Swahili.

Color scheme
When using the PTS, you have the option of selecting from five color schemes – black, blue, gray, pink, and plain.

Daily tasks
Daily tasks contains items you work on from Monday through Friday.

Here is a bigger view of one of sample days in the daily section.

Overall, you have the option of entering up to six tasks per day. Believe it or not, that is a lot. But keep in mind, you do not have to complete every task in a day.
If you need additional tasks for a day, then insert a new line of text in the cell.
Weekend
Of course, the weekend tasks are for Saturday and Sunday.

Weekly
For tasks you do once-a-week, use the weekly section.

Bi-weekly
Tasks that you do every two weeks go under the Bi-weekly section.

Monthly tasks

Year-end

Additional tasks

Notes section

Put your name on it
Finally, you have the option of putting your name on the PTS. Remember, this is your personal tool. Hence, it is up to you what you want to do.
Requirements and download
If you have Excel 2007 or higher or compatible, then you are good-to-go with PTS. Also, you may be able to use Excel online for free.
